Janser Saloman | Managing Partner
Founding Partner responsible for corporate strategy and origination, investments structuring and investors relation. Before founding Chimera Capital, Mr. Saloman was a partner at Rosenberg Partners, responsible for Distressed Assets, Legal Claims and Special Situations. He also was part of Investment Banking department at Credit Suisse and Banco Genial, conducting Mergers & Acquisitions transactions, private placements and IPOs in many sectors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in materials engineering from Instituto Militar de Engenharia (IME), with master’s in finance at Instituto Nacional de Matemática Pura e Aplicada (IMPA) and MBA at London Business School (LBS).
Rafael Nogueira | Managing Partner
Partner responsible for structuring investments, focusing on Corporate NPL. He worked as an Equity Trader at KondorInvest and was a partner at Itaim Asset. He was also a partner at Deloitte and CEO of Localize, focusing on asset tracking. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of São Paulo and an MBA in Finance from INSPER. He has a CGA and is a CVM manager
Luiz Aita | Managing Partner
Partner, responsible for deal structuring focused on Special Situations. Luiz was the rasponsible partner for Advisory Division at Rosenberg Partners, focused on M&A deals and equity & debt fundrising structures. He also worked in Investment Banking at Banco Genial and Stern Stewart consulting firm. He has bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fundação Gentúlio Vargas – SP (FGV).
